Attend a week of 30-minute cardio workouts. Workouts will change daily and will include Low-Impact, STEP, Kickboxing and more. Kick off is Sunday, 2/12 at 2:00pm with our Finale class Saturday, 2/18 at 9am. You can chose between morning (6:30am) or evening (5:30pm) class.
