There are so many ways to stay healthy with us...the possibilities are endless!
We offer a variety of programs for our clients. If you require individual attention we suggest personal training, if you enjoy the group setting there is small group training as well as the larger group fitness classes. There is also Zumba and Nia for those who like more creative forms of dance, yoga, Pilates and for those of you who just want to “chill” we have two excellent massage therapists. Membership is available if you just want to come in and workout on your own, your welcome to come in whenever you want and as often you want.

SmartFit - Health/Nutrition Programs
Participate in one of our two popular nutrition and fitness programs – Healthy Living (4 week or 6 week) or Metabolic Charge (10 day).
In Healthy Living you will learn: how to eat healthy without counting calories or eliminating food groups; simple habits that can help you make smarter eating choices and how to establish behaviors to help you reach your goals. When I first retired from education, I promised myself I would do something healthful and enjoyable. A friend steered me to Training Partners. I have now been a member for 14+ years. The small classes enable individual help, the instructors are knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and the members are like family.
