Whether your goal is to lose body fat, sculpt your muscles, tone up your hips, thighs, and abs, improve your flexibility, or relax and rejuvenate, we’ve got a group class for you! Some people prefer our small group training but others like the motivation and excitement of our large group classes.
Our most popular large group class by far is Paul’s ZUMBA class. If you missed Susan Reinhardt’s piece in the Asheville paper on Paul you can check it out here. Paul is an exciting and FUN instructor and everyone loves his classes. We are fortunate to have him at TP. If you haven’t tried Zumba then you must try Paul’s Zumba. You’ll have a great time, get a good workout and leave feeling tired but energetic. All newcomers are welcome.

Zumba passes are available – 6 classes for $48.00 or 12 classes for $84.00. All other large group classes are $8.00 per class when purchasing 4 or more or $15.00 for a drop in visit. Large group classes are shown in green on the calendar and do not require advance sign-up.
PLEASE NOTE – You DO NOT have to be a member of Training Partners to participate in any of our group training sessions, TEAM or large group classes. Just come and enjoy – everyone’s 1st session and/or class is complimentary.
