We invite you to discover what so many of our clients already know – Small Group Training (SGT) can make achieving your fitness goals more enjoyable and motivating than you ever thought possible. All group sessions are led by nationally certified Personal Trainers who are well-versed on the most effective, safest and efficient ways to train the body. Sessions are limited in size to ensure participants receive personal attention, instruction and modifications when needed. Small group training is suitable for everyone regardless of fitness level or age.

We are firm believers in the importance of varying your training routine and receiving personal attention. Your body adapts if you participate in the same routine day after day so we encourage you to book your SGT sessions into your schedule like you do any other type of appointment. After all, CONSISTENCY is the key to results!

For our group training schedule click here – SGT’s are in purple on the calendar. All small Group Training sessions are $21.00 per class and are limited to 7 people per session. Advance sign-up is required.

Please note that you DO NOT have to be a member of Training Partners to participate in our SGT sessions. Everyone is welcome; advance sign-up is required for all small group training since class size is limited to 7 people. You can do this thru email or by calling us at 828-252-0920. No advance sign-up is required for large group classes. Your first session is on us so come join us. We will make sure you enjoy it.

Whether your goal is to lose body fat, sculpt your muscles, tone up your hips, thighs, and abs, improve your flexibility, or relax and rejuvenate, we’ve got a group class for you!

Some people prefer our small group training but others like the motivation and excitement of our large group classes. Peggy’s Strictly Strength and Kelly’s Pilates classes are quite popular. You have many choices and NO REASON to not participate after all, our large group classes have been designed to offer flexibility and variety in your weekly workouts. All instructors teach multi-level so classes are appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.

We also have the Senior Special group classes 4 mornings a week (Monday and Friday at 11:00; Tues./Thurs. at 10:00).  These classes are open to everyone but created for our seniors – classes include yoga, Pilates and strength.  These classes can be paid for monthly $55 or quarterly $150/qtr.

Large group classes are $8.00 per class when purchasing 4 or more or $15.00 for a drop in visit. Large group classes are shown in green on the calendar and do not require advance sign-up. Click here to view the calendar.

We’ve got a group class for you! Our most popular large group class by far is Paul’s ZUMBA class. If you missed Susan Reinhardt’s piece in our Asheville paper on Paul you can check it out here.

Paul is an exciting and FUN instructor and everyone loves his classes. We are fortunate to have him at TP.  If you haven’t tried Zumba then you must try Paul’s Zumba. You’ll have a great time, get a good workout and leave feeling tired and also energetic. Newcomers are welcome.

Zumba classes are Monday’s 6:00 – 7:00pm; Wed. & Friday’s from 5:30 – 6:30pm. Zumba passes are $48.00 (6 classes); $84.00 (12 classes) or $15.00 for a drop in visit. Advance sign-up is not required for any large group classes. Click here to see our updated group training schedule/descriptions.

Team training is just like small group sessions but with more participant flexibility. Where small group sessions are always on the same day and time each week team sessions can be modified to accommodate the team’s weekly schedule.

All group sessions are led by nationally certified Personal Trainers who are well-versed on the most effective, safest and efficient ways to train the body. Sessions are limited in size (3-5 people) to ensure participants receive personal attention, instruction and modifications when needed. So grab some friends and give us a call or send an email to get started with your team training. Sessions are $21.00 per person/hourly or $16.00 per person/half hour.
