What We Offer

One-on-one personal training for seniors is our area of expertise. We will design a program to help you accomplish your goals or continue progressing from physical therapy. If you like classes (big or small) we offer senior-friendly small group trainings and lots of large group classes such as Pilates, TRX and senior strength training. Learn more below.   

Personal Training

$45/half hour • Intro Package $250

Clients can start with our intro package or with 1-hour or half hour sessions. All clients will be assigned an individual training zone and will not share equipment with other clients. You will be matched with a trainer.

Large Group Classes

$15/class • In studio or Virtual • Drop Ins Welcome

We offer classes such as cardio, functional strength, yoga, group pilates, Tai Chi, interval training Monday through Friday. All classes are suitable for the 50+ age group.

Small Group Training

$25/class • In studio or Virtual • Pre-Registration Required

SGT is a great in-between option for people wanting some specific attention, but who also love working out in a small group setting. Workouts are customized for whomever is in the group.

Pilates One-on-One

$45/half hour • Intro Package $250

A safe system of mind-body exercise using a floor mat and variety of equipment (reformer, chair, bands, etc.) that conditions the body from head to toe with a no-to-low impact approach. Pilates complements other strength workouts beautifully.

Entering a new fitness studio can be confusing and intimidating, but we are here to help make it easy!

We differentiate ourselves from other “gyms” because we don’t have hundreds of members to manage. We are a small but extremely effective personal training studio and we know EVERYONE that comes to our studio by name. Our clients truly are our “why”.
