CT – Caitlin Terry
For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by health and fitness. To me, the wondrous microcosm we call the physical body feels reminiscent of the universe turned inward. Tuning into its innate intelligence and giving back to it through proper nutrition and regular exercise has always felt like the best way to pay homage to it. I believe in the incredible power that we have as humans to direct our lives and to maintain, or take back, our optimum state of health through inspired action and dedication.
I UTILIZE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS, RESISTANCE TRAINING, YOGA MOVEMENTS, AND BALANCE TRAINING IN MY PROGRAMS TO SET A STRONG FOUNDATION FOR MY CLIENTS SO THEY CAN MOVE FORWARD IN THEIR LIVES WITH LESS PAIN AND GREATER STABILITY, STRENGTH AND ENERGY.
“I generally work with clients 30 years and older. My clients range greatly in physical abilities so I’ve learned how to accommodate to each person while still challenging them to work towards greater strength and well-being. Although I have a history of working with highly active clients who really want to sweat and push themselves hard, I have been told that I have the ability to communicate to meet the unique needs of each of my clients, regardless of their exercise history and goals. I love the diversity of my clients and am open to working with people at any fitness levels. My intention is always to improve quality of life for my clients by tailoring sessions to fit into their abilities, and comfort levels.”

MY “WHY”
I truly believe that health is the greatest form of wealth and it’s my life calling to assist people in bettering their wellness and optimizing their ability to move through life so they can enjoy it to the fullest.
things i like to do
I’ve always felt connected to nature and comfortable anywhere outside. I have many active outdoor passions such as cycling, hiking, camping, rock climbing, golf, yoga, rollerblading, soccer, and landscaping. Woodworking, playing music, and restoring old bicycles are a couple of other side hobbies I enjoy. Aside from that, I consider myself a spiritual person and practice a routine of meditation and breathwork each morning to start my day.

EXPERIENCE
I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Asheville in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science Degree and distinction in Health and Wellness Promotion. Following graduation, I focused my studies on fitness and became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Since being in the field, I have worked with people from all age groups and walks of life.
” CT has played an integral part of my fitness goals for the past 8 months. Her dedication, knowledge and consistency have been a welcome addition to my workouts. CT provides encouragement and positive feedback when I need it most! I am a much stronger and focused woman in the gym and now feel comfortable in an environment where I used to feel awkward. I would recommend any workouts or personal training with CT to help achieve your individual fitness goals and feel like a boss!”
“I began working with Training Partners seven months ago to build my strength without re-injuring previously injured joints. I couldn’t be more pleased with CT’s expert guidance and the positive impact she has made for my body. She focuses on my goals, listens to my input, challenges me while compassionately attending to my limits, and makes adjustments to optimize my safety and strengthening, all with cheer and grace. “
