We do not stop playing because we grow old .....

we grow old because we stop playing.

Being healthy and fit can help you see the world differently .....

The planet looks a lot different from a bike, kayak or the top of a mountain than it does from your sofa or car. These are the moments that will make up your life!

Every workout is powered by .....

someone who wants to work in their garden; defeat breast cancer; hike in the mountains with their kids; carry their clubs another 9 holes; paddle remote rivers with friends or just live independently as they age.

Small changes make a big difference .....

there is no giant step that makes you healthy and fit.  It’s a lot of little steps. Recognize your progress and remember, you’re closer than you were yesterday.

Be a living example of your dreams .....

for little eyes are always watching. Teach them to exercise to be fit, not skinny and that the joy of a strong body is empowering. Fitness is life.

What messages are you sending your kids and grandchildren?

The better shape you're in .....

the longer it takes for your age to catch up to you! Have FUN!

Do something today your future self will thank you for.

Since 1996 we have helped individuals, young and old, seasoned and just beginning, live healthier, more vibrant lives. Choose a strong body and a healthy life. We’ll be glad to help you!

WINTER WEATHER POLICY
If Asheville City schools are closed all classes are canceled. Training Partners will open late – usually by 10:00am unless there has been heavy snow or ice and we cannot get here. There will be updates throughout the day on our voicemail.
If Asheville City schools are on a 2 hour delay we open by 9am (weather permitting) and all classes will be at their regular times unless otherwise noted above. If you are a personal training client your trainer will be in touch with you the night before so that together you all can come up with a weather plan. Stay warm and be safe!
