Welcome to Training Partners!

Welcome! We are so happy you are visiting us. Training Partners is a personal training studio that has been serving Asheville’s 50+ age market for 24 years.

Do you want to improve your balance? Improve your posture? Be stronger? Be more flexible? Feel more relaxed and less stressed? Be able to hike, swim or simply do whatever you want throughout your day? If so, we can help with all of these. Whether through one-on-one sessions or small group training or a class, we can help.

Despite what many people say, all bodies are not the same, especially as we “mature.” Working with you, we will create an individual and personalized wellness blueprint based upon your goals and body challenges. We will implement this plan together, regularly re-evaluate, expect some detours and have fun with the journey.

Helping people feel better, move better and have more energy is our inspiration for getting up every morning and doing what we do.

While viewing our site, make sure to check out our safety protocols designed to keep you safe while in the studio.  Not ready to return to a studio yet? No worries. We can meet outside or train virtually. You have all kinds of options!

So, come see us or give us a call. We would love to meet you.

Here’s to a happy, active and healthy life,

Charlene Reeves, Owner

Training Partners is a unique work out facility. It is small, not intimidating, and a very friendly place to be. It is so nice to come to a place where people know who you are and care about your health and well-being. This, along with my personal trainer of course, has been key in my long-term commitment to training.
