Entering a new fitness studio can be confusing and intimidating, but we are here to help make it easy!
Because we are small – we can focus on everyone of our clients. We work hard to make sure everyone feels welcome and at ease from their first step in our door. You will be introduced to other members and clients; taught correct and safe exercises; instructed on proper form and followed up with on a consistent basis to ensure you are making progress, happy with your workouts and settling in.
If you require individual attention personal training is our area of expertise. We work with the 50+ age market and will design a program to help you accomplish your goals or continue progressing from physical therapy. If you enjoy the group setting but still require some individual attention there is small group training as well as group fitness classes for those that are comfortable with their individual program. We also offer one-on-one Pilates training and group Pilates class. We have a limited number of memberships available for those who want to just do their own thing. Due to COVID-19 and to keep everyone as safe as possible all individual workouts will be scheduled and reserved in advance.
We are confident that regardless of your special considerations (time frame, health issues, budget, etc.) we will be able to help you achieve and maintain a higher level of health and fitness. It is of utmost importance you enjoy your experience with us and attain the goals you have set for yourself.

CLASSES & SMALL GROUP TRAINING
TP offers Small group training (by advanced reservation only) and large group classes (drop ins and all levels welcome). All group training will remain virtual through 2020.
Pilates teaches body awareness and good posture. It’s a great compliment to any fitness routine. Schedule a 1-on-1 lesson or check out our group Pilates class.
it’s important for to all of us to keep the 65+ age group fit and strong. Afterall we will all be 65+ one day. Classes focus on balance, strength, flexibility and stamina. Classes will remain virtual thru 2020. It’s fun. Come join us!
When I first retired from education, I promised myself I would do something healthful and enjoyable. A friend steered me to Training Partners. I have now been a member for 15+ years. The small classes enable individual help, the instructors are knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and the members are like family.
Training Partners offer it’s members many opportunities, and anyone is allowed to take advantage of a variety of activities. This experience has been on of the best parts of my retirement years, and I recommend it to anyone who desires to live and enjoy a more healthful life.
