JULY – Rip Trainer Circuit
Kelly has created an easy to follow 6 exercise circuit using the latest addition to the TRX family – the Rip Trainer. Kelly will explain the various foot and hand positions as well as the many ways you can increase or decrease resistance.
The first circuit will include the straight arm squat, rear row and chest press. The second circuit includes the lunge, squat/row and the RT punch.
