The first of the year is the perfect time to implement a healthy eating and exercise program for 2015. Our Healthy Living course was designed to help you do that very thing – start the season off right. If you are going to be successful at initiating changes in your life, and more importantly, maintaining the changes, you have to establish a very strong foundation for success. Healthy Living can give you that solid foundation and the tools you need to be triumphant in your eating and exercise program.
WHEN: Healthy Living is offered at various times throughout the year; call or email us for exact dates in 2015.
TIME: The group will meet at Training Partners once a week usually from 5:30-6:30pm on a week night.
- Action based strategies and nutrition blueprint based on what you should eat, not on what you cannot eat. How to eat healthy without counting calories or eliminating food groups.
- Research based instruction (coaching) to help improve how you look, feel and play.
- Simple habits that will help you make smarter eating choices and establish behaviors to help you reach your goals.
- Tools for an active lifestyle – exercise program, videos, group exercise support and hikes.
- Weekly group meetings to discuss what’s working, not working, tips, advice and motivation.
- Online FB group page to boost motivation, share tips, experiences, accountability, etc.
- Unlimited email and phone support from PN Level 1 Coach and Personal Trainer, Kelly Richards.
- Guidelines adaptable for any dietary issues (vegan/vegetarian, gluten free, etc.)
- Our Healthy Living Nutrition and Tools Manual.
We will exercise as a group each week and you will have group support (online and in person) for added encouragement and accountability.
