Not everyone needs individual attention. Our group training sessions are limited in size; allowing us to modify for individual needs and help you meet your fitness goals. We invite you to check out our small or large group sessions!

If your budget doesn’t allow for individual training, or you prefer working out with friends our small group training and group classes are perfect for you. We have also had friends build-their-own training teams so they can workout with their friends each week. We have something for all fitness levels.

We invite you to discover what so many of our clients already know: Small Group Training (SGT) can make achieving your fitness goals more enjoyable and motivating than you ever thought possible. SGT is a great in-between option for people wanting some specific attention, but who also love working out in a small group setting. Workouts are customized for whomever is in the group.

Some people prefer small group training but others like the motivation and excitement of our Large Group Classes (LGC). You have many choices and a wide variety so there’s NO REASON not to participate. After all, our large group classes have been designed to offer flexibility and variety in your weekly workouts. All instructors teach multi-levels so classes are appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Large group classes are open to anyone wanting to participate.

We are firm believers in the importance of varying your training routine and receiving personal attention too. Your body adapts if you participate in the same routine day after day so we encourage you to book your SGT sessions or jump into a large group class and mix it up. Remember, CONSISTENCY is the key to results! We hope to have the opportunity of working with you too!

Do I need to sign-up in advance for group training?

Yes, sessions are designed for the people specifically in the training session that day so you must sign-up in advance.  Please call or email us to sign-up.

Who teaches the small group sessions?

All group sessions are led by nationally certified Personal Trainers who are well-versed on the most effective, safest and efficient ways to train the body. Sessions are limited in size to ensure participants receive personal attention, instruction and modifications when needed

Can anyone participate in small group training?

You DO NOT have to be a member of Training Partners to participate in our SGT sessions. Everyone is welcome. Small group training is suitable for everyone regardless of fitness level or age.

How long are the classes?

All small group session are an hour in length.

What do I do if I am new to TP?

If you are new to TP you will just need to arrive a few minutes early to complete a Health/Medical History form and let us show you around. Bring a towel and we look forward to seeing you!

All group training sessions are $24.00 per class.  You can pay per class or purchase a group series.

LARGE GROUP CLASSES

Do I need to sign-up in advance for group classes?

No, you do not need to sign-up in advance for large group classes.  Due to the pandemic and in order to keep everyone safe all large group classes will remain virtual thru 2020.  You will need to let us know if you want to attend so we can make sure you get the class link.

Are there classes specifically designed for seniors?

Yes. we have our special Senior group classes 4 mornings a week (Monday and Friday at 11:00; Tues./ Wed. at 10:00).  These classes are open to everyone but created for our seniors – classes include yoga, Tai Chi, Strength and Pilates.

All of the senior classes  are included in the Senior Special membership  –  monthly $55 or quarterly $150/qtr. First class is complimentary.

Who teaches the large group classes?

Can anyone participate in the large group classes?

Yes, you DO NOT have to be a member of Training Partners to participate in any of our group classes. Just come and enjoy – everyone’s 1st session and/or class is complimentary.

To participant in Tues. Adv. TRX class you will need to have TRX experience.

How long are the classes?

All group classes but one are an hour in length.  The Tues. morning Advanced TRX class is a half hour in length.

What do I do if I am new to TP?
